The oral health is very important and we must be aware of this, it is equally important that the health of our body.The mouth is the first body’;s defense system, which helps prevent various diseases in the body, but many of us do not pay adequate attention or dedication, we believe that only comply with all brushing our work in our mouth.
As this is not the case as having no special care can have several problems , which today are common and can be very annoying in our day to day.

To prevent these last 2 problems we brush 3 times a day with a good toothpaste, clean your tongue with a special cleaner, as the tongue is where most bacteria accumulate, flossing and mouthwash end with, which most suits you and your needs, but if you think you have something of tartar or just want to prevent it, can get a professional cleaning . Besides this, takes about 2 liters of water daily, as this helps to produce saliva. And do not forget to visit your dentist 1 or 2 times a year.
Finally, foods that affect our oral health. And there are certain foods that when consumed in large amounts may produce sensitivity, decay and wear of tooth enamel.
These foods are acidic foods and drinks, such as citric acid, soda, etc.. Try to eat in quantity and pair them with other foods, this will help to produce more saliva and neutralize acids . Also, you should sanitize the area well.
It should be noted that in some cases it is not advisable to brush immediately after consuming certain beverages because of its high acidity, such as coffee, wine , since they stain teeth and quickly brush do that heartburn you weaken the enamel on your teeth.
So do not expect to have one of these problems and start to be more careful about your oral health to have good hygiene and visiting your dentist. Also do not forget tochange your toothbrush every 3 months, when you see that the bristles are worn or longer after having a disease, as the bacteria are there and it is best to change it.
